Great weekend for Oxford City athletes at the UK U20 and U23 championships at Bedford. Gold in the U23 triple jump for Simi Fajemisin, silver for Alice Byles in the U20 400m hurdles in a pb 60.59 and bronze for Katie Hetherington in the U20 high jump with a season best 1.68.
Jade O’Dowda and Sophie Seger-Legge both set pbs in the u20 100m hurdles in a race won in a new UK record of 13.07 by Alicia Barrett of Chesterfield.
