Club AGM – November 29th, 2018

The 2018 AGM will be held at the OCAC clubhouse, Horspath, on 29th November at 8.00pm. Please attend and get involved in running your club. We have some important vacancies to fill so please contact Richard or Paula if you wish to stand for a specific post or for a committee role.
Membership secretary: Juliet Bennett has agreed to stand in 2019
Senior track and field Team Manager: Katie Sutcliffe has agreed to stand in 2019
Communications/Press Officer: we want to appoint someone to liaise with the local press, to write match reports, help with running the website, and run our social media profile
Officials Secretary: Margaret Coombe has done a magnificent job for the last few years but is now standing down. We need a replacement.
Please come to the meeting to stand for one of these positions, or notify me in advance if you wish to take a role – and come anyway to vote on important matters affecting the club.
