Just four days to go to our first fixture of the season, check out your XC spikes as it will not be as dry as last year!

Team Managers need to declare their teams ideally on Friday and if you need to make adjustments on Saturday that is fine.
Pick up your numbers for the season from Mick Bromilow, they are a different colour to last year, DO NOT use last year’s numbers they do not work and you will not be in the results if you do!
The race results will be live on “Results Base” website but of course the team results will take a bit longer.
“Runners Retreat” will be on hand to supply you with any last minute XC kit at competitive prices and will happily accept any of the prize vouchers from last season.
