The Hanney 5 is held over a rural course which is a well marshalled easy-to-follow single lap of five miles finishing on the sports field behind the Hanney Village Hall. The start is adjacent to the Village Hall, where there is ample http://quotecorner.com/online-pharmacy.html parking; refreshments and changing facilities are available. Entries on the day are welcomed up to five minutes before the start, with no restriction on prizes.

Entry Fee – £8.00 for affiliated/attached athletes, £10.00 for unaffiliated/unattached athletes.  Entries on the day – £2.00 extra.

CLOSING DATE FOR ONLINE ENTRIES, 30th SEPTEMBER 2018. Entries on the day still allowed.

Headphones and other musical devices cannot be worn

Competitors must be medically fit. Competitors enter at their own risk, and organisers are in no way responsible for any injury incurred during, or as a result of, the event, or for loss or damage to any property left on the course or changing area.

As in 2014-17, Barry Cornelius plans to take photographs of this race for publication on his website www.oxonraces.com and for possible use by the press. You will be able to download his photos free of charge. If you do not wish your image to appear as a significant part of any photograph that he publishes on the web or provides to the press, you should put a large thick red cross across your race number. If you are under 18, please ensure that your parent/carer is happy for photos of you taken at the race to be published on the web. If you or your parent/carer do not wish photos of you to be published on the web, please add a large thick red cross to your race number. Red markers will be provided at the Village Hall for this purpose.
